Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
